In this two-part cycle, you discover and release your body from physical tensions and mental blocks that prevent us from loving our bodies and living our sensuality and lust. We begin with the liberation of the power and energy centers in the pelvic floor to allow our life energies to flow freely through the body. The more our body can free itself from accumulated tension and trauma, the more it can relax and become the source of joy and enjoyment.

- you are helped to cope with old fears and injuries,
- you are stimulated to release yourself from feelings of shame, guilt and dependency,
