This NON-residential course is open to all: solos and couples, beginners and experienced.

When there’s a lack of energy or disturbance due to stress, an unbalanced lifestyle, or emotional difficulties, the body experiences imbalance. This may lead to pathologies such as fatigue, stress, and general discomfort.
The human being is an interconnected system, where body, emotions, mind, and consciousness work in harmony.
