SkyDancing Tantra Love and Ecstasy Training: Cycle 1
October 8, 2016 - October 15, 2016
Cycle 1 focuses primarily on healing sexual wounds, while exploring how to relax the body and open to the experience of receiving pleasure- even orgasmic pleasure- as a whole body experience, that can be modeled independently of the sexual context.
In this cycle we discover Awakening your Inner Lover: meditating on giving and receiving love, appreciating and building up to the fullness of intimacy with Self and Other.
We will awaken the Body Ecstatic through gentle massage, stretching, respectful, guided touch. We will awaken tantric energies through the Dynamic Streaming Process which teaches us how to open our Central Channel or Inner Flute. A way to let energy flow through all the chakras.
Sexual Healing happens through many approaches such as touch, breath, visualization, dialogue, psychodrama, tantric energy work , deep tissue body work. We celebrate the healing through rituals . For further descriptions see Margot’s book: Art of Sexual Ecstasy.
