Vital energy distinguishes the living from the non-living, it is the engine of life. In the event of a lack of energy or disturbance due to stress, an unbalanced lifestyle or emotional difficulties, the body experiences an imbalance, which can lead to various pathologies such as fatigue, stress and general discomfort. The human being is an interconnected system, where the body, emotions, mind and consciousness work in harmony. Tantra is a path to developing our vitality.

During this course, we invite you to live bodily and emotional experiences, stemming from our personal journey and the teachings of Margot Anand, founder of the SkyDancing Tantra school.
Suggestions for dance, meditation, massage, and speaking time will complete the exercises.
You will awaken your vitality and develop more self-awareness.
