Gradually\, a meditative presence unfolds—the fertile ground from which joy\, depth\, and moments of bliss naturally arise\, rooted in acceptance of what is. \nSensory Awakening and Connection \nThrough breath\, sound\, movement\, and yoga\, we come into contact with a living life force that listens and waits within us. This energy begins to vibrate as a desire for meeting and connection—flowing through the body\, the organs\, and the chakras.
